Perhaps being a Southern girl did me in, but I just love flavored water. In a glass at lunch, after a glistening exercise, or relaxing with friends and family- this is my drink of choice. There is nothing quite as refreshing or festive as a beautiful pitcher filled with a tantalizing beverage.
The beautiful thing about this drink is that it is filled to the brim with healthy vitamins and nutrients. It should be called the “Vitamin A Slam Dunk” or the “Superstar Sipper”. In all seriousness, it is nice to be able to rest assured knowing that your lovelies are getting a delicious AND a nutritious glass of goodness.
Not even to mention the beautiful color!
- 2 Cups Raspberries
- 1 Handful fresh mint
- 1 Pitcher filtered water (about 32 Ounces)
- Combine all of the ingredients into a large pitcher.
- Place in refrigerator and “cook” for 8 hours or overnight.
- Serve and enjoy!
