We have been trying to meal plan around my house to help rid those blame 6 o’clock blues (you know the kind, the hunger induced gaze). It has been actually enjoyable to make the list of food for the week, shop, and then write it on our menu board. There is this strange satisfaction knowing that I have everything I need for those dinners sitting right there in my fridge and pantry.
So, this is one of our actual meal plans from weeks gone by. This is a meal plan for two and we typically eat the leftovers for lunch over the week. The shopping list can be found here. Feel free to double/triple it for a larger family.
